Our in-home care services include:
Washing clothes and linens
- Folding and organising clean laundry
- Ironing clothes as needed
- Putting away clothes in designated areas
- Ensuring clothes are properly cared for and stored
Cleaning and vacuuming
- Dusting and wiping down surfaces
- Sweeping and mopping floors throughout the house
- Emptying bins
- Cleaning windows
- Disinfecting the bathroom and kitchen areas
- Sanitising door knobs, light switches and remotes.
Meal planning and preparation
- Preparing shopping lists
- Grocery shopping and budgeting
- Cooking, or assisting with the preparation of nutritious meals
- Assisting with feeding, if required
- Ensuring proper storage of leftovers
- Cleaning up the kitchen after meal preparation
Decluttering and organising the home
- Rearranging furniture for better accessibility
- Creating designated areas for easy access to essential items
- Removing out-of-date and expired products from the pantry
- Organising closets, cabinets and drawers
In-home nursing
- Administering medication, collecting scripts and arranging Webster-pak’s
- High physical support
- Ventilation support
- Wound and stoma care
- Enemas
- PEG feeding
- Observation of all vitals
Other home care duties might include:
- Planning and organising appointments, transport and travel
- Support with online shopping
- Basic technical support to use Facetime and social media
- Personalising and setting up new devices including mobile phones, TV’s and tablets
