Support Workers

At Russell Healthcare, we strive to deliver the highest-quality care possible, and that starts with our staff. By implementing a minimum mandatory training for all support workers and registered nurses (RNs), we ensure a consistent, quality service for all our participants.

Our training program covers a wide range of topics, including best practices in patient care, effective communication skills, infection control measures, and emergency procedures.
