• School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES NDIS)
  For school leavers transitioning into the workforce, the School Leaver Employment Supports under the NDIS offer tailored programs to facilitate a smooth entry into employment.

Support Workers

At Russell Healthcare, we strive to deliver the highest-quality care possible, and that starts with our staff. By implementing a minimum mandatory training for all support workers and registered nurses (RNs), we ensure a consistent, quality service for all our participants.

Our training program covers a wide range of topics, including best practices in patient care, effective communication skills, infection control measures, and emergency procedures. We believe that well-trained staff not only provide better care but also feel more confident and empowered in their roles.

Minimum requirements include:
